When you place an order on the website, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email. Similarly, once the item is dispatched, you will receive an email. If you have not received either or any of these, then please check you spam folder on your email client (particularly if you have a hotmail/outlook email address).
If you have not received a dispatch email from us and it is still within our estimated dispatch times (shown next to the product), then we are still preparing your order, and when it is dispatched, you will receive and email from us. Please note that the estimated dispatch times next to the product do not include the times taken to deliver it by the Royal Mail
If you have received a dispatch email from us, then please allow 2-3 days for the item to be delivered. If it has not arrived after this time, then it is likely that the post office have tried to to make a delivery. This is the most common reason for non delivery of items even if the Royal Mail have not left a card (which in our experience does happen). We therefore highly recommend you (a) check that it has not been left in a safe place/with a neighbour and (b) contact your local sorting office first, as this is potentially the quickest way of getting your item. It is extremely rare, if the delivery address is correct, that an item is lost in the post.

We do not offer a valuation service for memorabilia that you looking to sell and we do not buy individual items of memorabilia from private sellers.

If you are returning an item (non personalised), then you may return any item within 30 days in its original condition, unopened (with all seals and shrink wrap intact) without stating any reason, for a refund of the price you paid for the item. For your protection we recommend you return items using a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for items not received. For personalised items, unless there has been an error on our part, or the item you purchased is defective, you have no right to cancel and we cannot accept returns on 'Personalised' or 'bespoke' items, whether by name or date, as these cannot be sold to anyone else.
