Read also about the big encounters against Arsenal including the 3-1 win in 1985 and then 3-0 in the FA Cup 5th Round, a year later, and not least beating them yet again in 1988 and this time to lift the League Cup. Luton's 2nd successive League Cup Final in 1989 against Nottingham Forest is also covered, as are more recent games including the 1991 3-1 defeat of Liverpooland the 2009 Football League Trophy Final.
