If you have received a dispatch confirmation email from us (check spam folders - particularly Hotmail users - first if not), but have not received your order 2-3 days after dispatch, it is likely that the post office tried to to make a delivery. This is the most common reason for non delivery of items even if the Royal Mail have not left a card (which in our experience does happen). We therefore highly recommend you (a) check that it has not been left in a safe place/with a neighbour and (b) contact your local sorting office first as this is potentially the quickest way of getting your item.

If you are returning an item, then you may return any item within 30 days in its original condition, unopened (with all seals and shrink wrap intact) without stating any reason, for a refund of the price you paid for the item. For your protection we recommend you return items using a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for items not received.
