Your name on the Chelsea Shirt! Officially licensed by Chelsea FC, this fantastic personalised photo is supplied either ready framed or in a stylish folder.

The photo - taken in the actual Chelsea dressing room - gives any fan the chance to have a their name on the Chelsea shirt. The surname is merged onto the centre shirt to exactly match your Chelsea teammates and is hung proudly in between other Chelsea stars in the dressing room!

In addition, the recipient's full name is also printed alongside the player's autographs which appear underneath the photo, leaving a space for them to add their own signature alongside the other players.

All you do is supply us with the recipients name and (optionally) the number on the shirt and you will then receive:
